Digital Canvas Printing FAQs

Q - Does my image have enough pixels to enlarge to the size I want?
A - Simply upload your image and we will analyse it for suitability. Often we can use a special program to increase the pixels so that an excellent image is obtainable.

Q - How can you use quality stretcher bars made in the United Kingdom?
A - We understand that Chinese stretcher bars that everybody else uses are cheap, but we think it is worth it to have properly made stretcher bars.

Q - Does the printed canvas come stretched on the frame?
A - Yes, of course. Unbelievably some companies send you the printed canvas and the four stretcher bars expecting you to assemble the stretched canvas!

Q - What happens if for any reason I am not entirely satisfied?
A - We so confident that you will be delighted with your canvas that we give a money back guarantee if you are not entirely happy. This means we will redo the canvas or refund your money.

Q - Can you print from any other formats?
A - Yes we can print from anything including transparencies, negatives, prints, CD ROM, memory card, USB stick - anything. You will of course have to send us these in the first place and it will take a lot longer to turn around.

Q - I have changed my mind on sizing, cropping or subject can I change my mind?
A - If this happens simply email us immediately. If you contact us shortly after ordering we will most likely to be able to fulfill your requirements. However once we have started the canvas we cannot change anything.

Q - Can I pick my canvas up to avoid postage costs?
A - Sorry we cannot offer this service as we are very difficult to find and have spent many fruitless hours guiding people into our studio by telephone.

Q - Can I have my canvas in black and white or sepia?
A - Yes and at no extra charge, just state clearly in the additional information part of the order.
