Terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Brooks Enterprises Ltd, trading as www.digitalcanvaprinting.co.uk. Placing an order with us is deemed as acceptance of these terms and condtions.
You must ensure you have the right to copy any of the images you send us and if neccesary have obtained permission to reproduce them.
All prices paid will be those quoted on the website at the time of the order. All prices are inclusive of the current rate of VAT which is currently 20%.
If you require you canvas to be delivered 'next day' you will need to order and pay for the item by 1pm. We run on a very tight schedule and no orders will be accepted after this time for next day delivery.
Delays outside our control - unfortunately, events occur that we cannot be held responsible for which would halt production or delay delivery. We cannot be held liable for these events.
Colour variations - every computer screen and printer has a different colour balance from each other and however minute, will cause the finished canvas to look slightly different to how it looks on your system. If you require a full colour balance you will need to contact us at sales@digitalcanvasprinting.co.uk for further information.
In the unfortunate event of damage or loss of the canvas then Brooks Enterprises Ltd, trading as www.digitalcanvasprinting.co.uk is limited and only liable for the replacement of the canvas or for the refunding of the transaction amount.
Please note that you must tell us within 48 hours of delivery if there is a problem with your canvas. Please email us in the first instance, clearly stating your transaction number, so we have a clear understanding of the problem and we will try to rectify it as soon as possible. Refunds are only given on return of the canvas/canvases and the problem or error lying with us - Brooks Enterprises Ltd, trading as www.digitalcanvaprinting.co.uk.
